Anne is the office administrator in the Barrie office. She also assists in corporate and personal income tax preparation, the preparation of the clients’ year-end financial statement reports and documents with the use of our Caseware/Caseview document program. She is also involved in general office document preparation, as well as file retention.

Anne joined the firm with 10 years of office administration experience at another professional office. Anne makes it a priority to spend time with her family and young children.  Anne started with the firm in 2012.

Nicole performs T4 and T5 filings and is the personal tax administrator for the Newmarket office.  She also manages our digital document storage.  She started with the firm in 2015.

Norah is the Senior Administrative Coordinator in our Newmarket office.  She handles the administrative side of Personal Tax, Corporate Tax and Estate files.  Norah graduated from The University of Toronto, and has many years of administrative experience from her previous positions in the education, legal and entertainment sectors.

Teresa is our part-time administration coordinator in the Newmarket office. She deals with the day-to-day functions of the office and reception duties. Other responsibilities include personal tax assembly and delivery to clients, and account receivables.

Teresa’s background is in the Music, Entertainment & Sports Industry where she worked for the past 25 years.  She loves the outdoors and enjoys nature walks and cycling with her family.  Other interests include travelling and attending sporting events and concerts.

Gelareh is part of the administrative team, working in the Newmarket office.

She manages the portal service, new client setup, updating client information, document intake and logging in of files, as well as delivering planning packages.

She also assists with the preparation of clients’ year-end reports, handling client requests for documents, and reception duties.

She started with the firm in 2023 with over 10 years of administration experience.
